Once we’ve exchanged a few details and you’re happy to move forward, a 25% deposit is required to secure your chosen date!
The next step is one of my favourites—meeting up with you both! We’ll arrange a time to get together at a local spot, whether it’s your favourite café, a cozy pub, or even a scenic park.
This meeting is all about getting to know each other better and diving into the plans for your big day. We’ll chat about everything—from your wedding timeline and special moments you want captured to the little details that make your story unique. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions, share ideas, or just tell me about the things that excite you most about your wedding.
Think of it as a relaxed, fun way to make sure we’re all on the same page (and for me to get a sense of your personalities and vibe as a couple!). By the time we’re done, you’ll feel confident knowing we’ve laid the groundwork to create stunning, meaningful images of your day that you’ll cherish forever.

About a month before your wedding, I’ll be in touch to finalize everything. At this point, the remaining payment will be due, and we’ll double-check all the important details—from your timeline to any last-minute ideas or special requests you’d like to include.
