The Man Behind The Mirrorless
Wedding Photographer In Essex.
Hi, I’m Connor. Based in Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex, I capture weddings and portraits with a focus on real, unscripted moments.
My style is documentary-led, which means I’m there to quietly record your day without interrupting it. I’m not about posed shots or staged smiles — I want your photos to feel honest and relaxed. Being introverted helps me blend into the background and catch the small, meaningful details that often go unnoticed.
I work primarily with natural light, using off-camera flash when needed to create bright, vibrant images that stand the test of time. When it comes to portraits, I keep things simple and easy, guiding you gently so your true personality comes through.
Based in Essex, I primarily photograph weddings across the county, including Maldon, Chelmsford, and Burnham-on-Crouch. I also travel to nearby areas in Kent, Suffolk, and Norfolk, capturing weddings at a variety of venues—from charming countryside settings to elegant estates. I especially enjoy working during the golden hour to create soft, timeless portraits that you’ll treasure.
If you want a photographer who values authenticity and calm professionalism, get in touch. I’d be happy to discuss your wedding and how we can create meaningful photos you’ll cherish.

I completely understand that not everyone feels comfortable in front of the camera, especially if you’re camera-shy or haven’t been photographed much before. My approach is all about keeping things relaxed and low-pressure. I focus on capturing real moments as they happen, rather than forcing posed shots.
When we do take portraits, I guide you gently with simple, natural directions to help you feel at ease. We’ll take a few quiet moments away from the crowd, so you can just be yourselves without any awkwardness or pressure. Most couples find this approach really helps them relax, resulting in photos that feel authentic and true to who you are.

Wedding dates can fill up quickly, especially during peak season (spring to early autumn). I recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance to secure your date and give us plenty of time to plan.
However, I do occasionally have some last minute dates remaining so do get in touch!
